PARENTING

Where to get help

Your health visitor, who works from your local doctor's practice, can help with most difficulties. They won't just deal with babies' health matters, although that's the main part of their job.

Other organisations that can help parents include:

The National Childbirth Trust
For locally based postnatal discussion groups, coffee mornings, nearly new sales, bumps and babies groups, and much, much more. Ring the NCT Enquiry Line on 0870 444 8707.
